The user interface can be a little daunting because it seems a little outdated, but the software itself is very powerful and allows for more efficient organization. As a coworker using this application, I can safely say it is one of the easiest time/pay tracking systems I’ve used. Our company uses it to clock in/out, track tax information, and paystubs.
Also, there have been several periods of downtime hours this year where the system has crashed and almost all of these are following an upgrade. This provides the employer a good opportunity to communicate with all employees, considering everyone must go into ADP to enter their time at least twice each month. The system overall is fairly easy to work in and find information. ADP offers a lot of training opportunities, support, message boards, etc. at no cost, which is a definite benefit. I love how easy it is to reset users log in information from the administration side and how ADP recognizes users based off personal information.

Not sure why I couldn’t simply input the max number and have ADP bump against that number every payroll. AND I must remember to call them annually when a change is made by the IRS.
